My Role
I designed and developed the entire site from scratch, working solo across every phase — strategy, UX, visual design, and frontend build. I started with a rough content audit to define what the site needed to say, then moved into wireframes before committing to a visual direction.
The build was done entirely in Framer, with custom code components handling the contact form logic, mode persistence, and scroll-triggered animations. Post-launch, I iterated on the typography scale and spacing after reviewing it across multiple devices and operating systems.
The biggest challenge was balancing visual richness with load performance. I solved this by deferring non-critical scripts, compressing all assets, and keeping the component count low. The result is a site that feels premium without sacrificing speed.
